JUDGMENT

Petitioner approached this Court aggrieved by frequent transfers without considering his request for transfer to the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Vanchiyoor. Petitioner is now working as Office Attendant in the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Kattakada. Petitioner has made a request for transfer to the Court of learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Vanchiyoor which is proximate to his residence. Ext.P1 is the request. But no action has been taken so far. 2.

The only request made by the petitioner is for an early disposal of Ext.P1 by the second respondent. In the circumstance, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider Ext.P1 and take appropriate decision on Ext.P1 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
