JUDGMENT

Petitioner seeks issuance of temporary permit in a vacant timings. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that, there is no vacant timings as such, since, regular permit itself has been surrendered as early as on 30.10.2010. The issuance of temporary permit, evidenced by Ext.P1, is only on account of an order for issuance made by this Court. In such circumstance, if there is no legal impediment, then the temporary permit application at Ext.P2 shall be considered, expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of one week from today.

Writ petition is disposed off.
