JUDGMENT

The petitioner is before this Court in response to the submission made by the learned Government Pleader that there is no attempt to harass the petitioner with reference to Crime No.2/2014 of the Excise Enforcement Narcotic Cell, Adimaly but for issuance of notice under Section 67 of the N.D.P.S. Act, seeking for some information; however adding that the petitioner stands to be the 12th accused in Crime No.21/2012 of the Excise Enforcement Narcotic Cell, Ernakulam.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for permission to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
