JUDGMENT

The petitioner in the above writ petition is a regular stage carriage permit holder operating vehicle bearing registration No.KL-02-P-8442 in the route Cherthala - Kottayam. It is submitted that the timings of the service was last settled on 01.11.2013 and that on 15.12.2014, the timings of another stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-32-C-9479 was revised. Consequently the petitioner filed an application to revise the timings, by Ext.P3 dated 05.01.2015. The petitioner prays for an expeditious consideration of his application.

2. If original of Ext.P3 application is received in the office of the respondent, it is directed that the respondent shall, within one week of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment, display public notice in the notice board of the office of the respondent and shall then consider the prayer of the

WP(C).No.5955 of 2015 - 2 - petitioner, in accordance with law, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of publication of the above notice. Needless to say that the revision if any made will be subject to any further revision in accordance with Circular No.D3/875/STA/2005 dated 08.11.2011.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
