A.K.JAYASANKARAN NAMBIAR, J.

............................................................. ............................................................. Dated this the 9th day of June, 2015 J U D G M E N T The petitioners, who are Higher Secondary School Teachers (HSST) working in the School under the management of the 3rd respondent, and against regular posts sanctioned by the Government, are aggrieved by the non-disbursement of the salary and other allowances for the period that they worked. It is the specific case of the petitioner that, their appointments were approved by Exts.P1, P2 and P5 orders and there is no justification on the part of the respondents in denying them the salary for the period worked. Highlighting the said grievance, as also the fact that they had not been paid the due increments while in service. They have preferred Ext.P4 representation before the 2nd respondent. The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 representation within a stipulated time limit.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the

case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 representation preferred by the petitioners within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. I make it clear that, it will be open to the petitioners to prefer any further representation when called by the 2nd respondent for a hearing pursuant to the direction issued in the judgment.
