JUDGMENT
The petitioner has been working with the Kerala Water Authority since 1982 as a daily wage worker. He seeks regularisation. The petitioner submits that in spite of putting up of service more than three decades, he had been denied the benefit of regularisation even though similar benefits have been accorded to some other employees. In fact, the petitioner had approached this Court by filing W.P.(C) No.26181/2013. This Court directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's claim in the light of the earlier judgment. Vide Ext.P3 dated 20/5/2014, the petitioner has been directed to appear before the 2nd respondent-Managing Director. The petitioner submits that no action has been taken in the matter so far.
2. In view of the above facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent-Managing Director to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's claim within a

period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
