JUDGMENT

Ashok Bhushan, Ag, CJ.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to respondents 5 and 6, in view of the order, which is being passed.

2. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition alleging police harassment. The petitioner's case is that although an injunction has already been granted in O.S.No.79/2015 in favour of the petitioner, the Police authorities are calling the petitioner and pressurising to withdraw the suit.

3. The learned Government Pleader, after obtaining instruction, submitted that before the petitioner obtained the injunction order, a complaint was filed by the petitioner against the 6th respondent in which connection, the petitioner was called and a statement was recorded. It

WP(C).6038/15 is further submitted that on finding that the dispute is of civil nature, the matter was closed.

In view of the above facts, we do not find that there is any police harassment in the case. Recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed.
