JUDGMENT
1. Petitioner seeks consideration of temporary permit application. The background facts are that; the petitioner was earlier issued with temporary permit at Ext.P1 in a route in which he had applied for regular permit. The regular permit was rejected by Ext.P2. It is stated that there is an appeal filed from the above rejection and there is a re-consideration directed by the State Transport Appellate Tribunal. The STAT, further, has taken into account objectionable overlap of a scheme route and has directed submission of a modified proposal. Petitioner is stated to have submitted modified proposal by Ext.P3.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for the KSRTC as also the learned Government Pleader.
3. The temporary permit application shall be considered expeditiously,
W.P.(C)No.6039 of 2015 -:2:- after giving an opportunity of hearing to the KSRTC, at any rate, within a period of one week from today.
Writ petition is disposed off.
K. Vinod Chandran, Judge.
