JUDGMENT

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.C.J.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to respondents 3 and 4 in view of the order which is being passed.

2. Petitioner's case is that the though petitioner Society has submitted a representation to the 1st respondent on 21.02.2015, in connection with the annual festival of 'Chavaru Kavu' at Armapunna Narikottu being held on 26.02.2015 and 27.02.2015, no action has taken in the matter.

3. Learned Government Pleader submits that petitioner Society has filed the writ petition only today (25.02.2015), hence no instruction could be obtained. In view of the fact that the petitioner has already submitted

WP(C) No. 6056 of 2015 -:2:- a representation before the District Police Chief, we only observe that the District Police Chief shall look into the representation and ensure that no law and order situation arises in the area.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
