JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
"i. To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
ii. To grant such other reliefs that may be deemed just and proper by this Hon'ble Court."
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has also been projected by way of Ext.P7 application which is pending consideration before the 1st respondent and that that petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is given to the said respondent to have it considered and disposed of within a reasonable time.
2. Heard both the sides.
3. After hearing both the sides, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P7 application in the light of Ext.P6 decision taken
W.P.C. No. 6098 of 2015 -2by the Local Level Monitoring Committee and such other relevant materials, after conducting a spot inspection, if necessary, with notice to the petitioner and other interested parties, if any. The proceedings as above shall be finalized at the earliest, at any rate, within 'two months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the 1st respondent for further steps.
