JUDGMENT
Petitioner seeks for issuance of a temporary permit, which he has applied for, as per Ext.P1, in a vacancy. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that, there are three temporary permit applications and the Secretary, RTA, has placed it before the RTA, whose meeting is scheduled to be convened on 10.3.2015. In such circumstances, the temporary permit application of the petitioner, along with other applications, would be considered and orders passed, in accordance with law, by the RTA. Writ petition is disposed off.
K. Vinod Chandran, Judge.
