JUDGMENT

The petitioner's only grievance is against the non-consideration of the variation applied for by the petitioner. In fact, the same was placed in the meeting of the Regional Transport Authority, on 19.07.2014 and it was partly allowed, by granting extension from Kuttiadi to Nadapuram. However, with respect to the other variations sought, the same was adjourned, for detailed enquiry, and thereafter the matter was never posted, is the contention.

2. The learned Government Pleader, on instruction, submits that the matter would be placed in the next meeting of the Regional Transport Authority.

Accordingly, recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. Sd/- K. Vinod Chandran, Judge vku/ [ true copy ]
