This writ petition is filed challenging Ext.P1 proceedings initiated against the petitioner at the instance of the Bank for recovery of the loan amount.
2. As per interim order dated 24.03.2010, this Court directed the petitioner to deposit an amount of 50,000/- before 15.04.2010. ₹ It is submitted by the learned counsel for Bank that, only 35,000/- ₹ was paid by the petitioner. In view of the above, I find no reason to interfere with the recovery proceedings initiated by the Bank. This writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
Sd/- A.MUHAMED MUSTAQUE, JUDGE.
