J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is a combatant Havildar of Defence Security Corps. There are two "red ink" entry punishments imposed on the petitioner. He raised Ext.P12 statutory complaint against imposition of those punishments before the seventh respondent. The engagement of the petitioner is to expire on 31/03/2015. Petitioner submits that otherwise for the two red ink entry punishments, he is eligible for further extension of service from 31/03/2015. 2.

Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the seventh respondent to consider Ext.P12 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Till a final decision is taken in the matter, the petitioner shall be permitted to continue. If a decision is taken against the petitioner by the seventh respondent, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner without

W.P.(C).No.6227/2015 -:2:- any delay and the petitioner shall be permitted to continue for a further period of two more weeks after communication of the order for enabling him to work out his remedy.

The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
