JUDGMENT
Petitioner, an unaided Lower Primary School was given temporary recognition by the Government from 2003 onwards. According to the petitioner, since the school has been functioning from 1987, it is eligible for relaxation regarding the area norms and hence the petitioner approached the 2nd respondent for permanent recognition by Ext.P5.
2. The only request made by the petitioner before this Court is to consider Ext.P5 in the light of Ext.P4 Government Order.
3. In the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P5 representation, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, if applicable, in the light of Ext.P4 Government Order. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
