JUDGMENT
The petitioner bank complains that the second respondent bank is opening a branch within its area of operation. The petitioner bank asserts that the same would be in violation of Section 7(1)(c) of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Act, 1969. 2.
The petitioner bank has in this regard submitted Ext. P4 representation with the first respondent. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext. P4 representation with notice to the petitioner bank as well as the second respondent bank.
3.
The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The branch of the second respondent bank shall not commence operation till orders are passed on Ext. P4 representation as directed above.
The writ petition is disposed of.
