A.K.JAYASANKARAN NAMBIAR, J.

............................................................. W.P.(C).No.6286 of 2015 ............................................................. Dated this the 27th day of February, 2015 J U D G M E N T The prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to settle the liability due to the respondents through a one time settlement facility. When the matter was taken up for admission, it was noticed that the petitioner had already approached this Court on two earlier occasions, when those writ petitions, filed by the petitioner, seeking substantially the same reliefs as claimed in the present writ petition were considered and disposed by Exts.P6 and P10 judgments. Under such circumstances, I am of the view that, the present writ petition claiming substantially the same reliefs as earlier sought for and considered by this Court cannot be maintained at the instance of the petitioner. Resultantly, the writ petition fails and is accordingly dismissed.
