JUDGMENT

The petitioner wants a category change owing to his ill health. The petitioner is now working as a driver in the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation.

Ext. P3 representation for category change is pending with the third respondent. I permit the petitioner to file a supplemental representation to the second respondent in this regard.

Any representation within one month from today shall be dealt with by the second respondent within two months therefrom.
