J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has been granted a variation as per Ext.P1. The timing conference for issuance of the said varied permit is said to be convened on 03.03.2015. The petitioner in the meanwhile has also filed an application for revision of timings as per Ext.P3. The petitioner's only prayer is that, when the timing conference is convened, the revision also may be considered by the authority. I do not find any difficulty for the authority to consider both applications simultaneously in the timing conference scheduled on 03.03.2015 or at any next convened timing conference. There shall be a direction so to do. The writ petition is disposed of.
