JUDGMENT
Ext. P1 application filed under Section 28A(1) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 was rejected by Ext. P2 order. The petitioner has now filed Ext. P3 application under Section 28A(3) of the said Act. The petitioner seeks expeditious consideration of Ext. P3 application in the circumstances.

I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P3 application with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment. 3.
The petitioner shall produce a certified copy of the judgment as well as a copy of the writ petition before the second respondent for compliance.
The writ petition is disposed of.
