J U D G M E N T
--------------------------- The petitioner is working as Senior Superintendent in the Kerala Forest Development Corporation in Punalur Division. The petitioner was promoted to the above post as per Ext.P1. The petitioner approached the 2nd respondent by Ext.P4 for transfer to Thiruvananthapuram Divisionl Office as Senior Superintendent. The petitioner submits that as per transfer norms, he is entitled for transfer to Thiruvananthapuram. It is on account of the nonconsideration of Ext.P4, the petitioner has approached this Court. 2.
Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P4 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after affording an opportunity of hearing the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
