J U D G M E N T

Neither has the enquiry report been furnished nor an opportunity afforded to rectify the anomalies. This is the grievance projected by the petitioner in Ext.P3 representation with the first respondent.

2. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P3 representation with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The status quo as on today shall continue till Ext.P3 representation is disposed of as directed.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
