J U D G M E N T

-------------------------- The petitioner is the General Manager of the Corporate Educational Agency under the Diocese of Cochin. The petitioner approached this Court seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to approve the appointments of certain teachers in the category of HSST Economics, HSST Gandhian Studies, HSST Communicative English. The petitioner relies on Ext.P6 and submits that the Government had granted benefits to similarly situated schools and the petitioner is also entitled for the same benefit. The petitioner approached the Government by Ext.P8 for the approval of appointment made to additional batch.

In view of the limited extent of request made by the petitioner for an early disposal of Ext.P8, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to take appropriate decision in the matter within a period of three months from the date

W.P.(C).No.6476 of 2015 of receipt of a copy of this judgment after affording an opportunity of hearing the petitioner after adverting to Ext.P6.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
