J U D G M E N T

----------------------- The petitioner is an Ex-Border Security Force (BSF) personnel. The petitioner approached this Court aggrieved by the denial of retirement benefits on discharge under BSF Rule 19 after completing 6 1⁄2 years of qualifying service. The petitioner has made Ext.P2 representation before the 3rd respondent for the disbursal of the retirement benefits. The petitioner now seeks the early disposal of Ext.P2. 2.

Considering the limited extent of request made by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
