======================== W.P.(C). No. 6509 of 2015 -------------------------------------------- Dated this the 25th day of March, 2015
JUDGMENT
The petitioner's husband had earlier approached this Court seeking for almost identical prayers so as to enable her to satisfy basic tax in respect of the property concerned. The said writ petition was disposed of as per Ext.P4 judgment dated 08.02.2013 in W.P.(C). No. 3843 of 2013. But nothing transpired in the positive so far and hence the present writ petition filed by the wife as the husband is no more.
2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.
3. It is seen that the grievance of the petitioner has already been projected by way of Ext.P5 which is pending consideration before the 2nd respondent and the prayer is only to cause the same to be considered and disposed of within a reasonable time.
4. In the said circumstance, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P5 application in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner and other interested parties, if any, at the earliest, at any rate,
W.P.C. No.6509 of 2015 -2within 'six weeks' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Compliance shall be reported to the Registrar General of this Court, as no action is stated as taken pursuant to Ext.P4 judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the concerned respondent for further steps.
The writ petition is disposed of.
P.R. RAMACHANDRA MENON, JUDGE.
