JUDGMENT

The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the property in question has already been sold in the public auction held on 26.08.2009. Though the said auction was cancelled by the Revenue Divisional Officer, the said order was cancelled by the Land Revenue Commissioner in revision. Thereafter, the Revenue Divisional Officer confirmed the auction sale on 05.11.2012.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition as 'not pressed'. Permission is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as 'not pressed'.
