J U D G M E N T

---------------------------- Petitioners are working as Operators in the Kerala Water Authority. They were regularised in service pursuant to Ext.P1 judgment of this Court. Petitioners submit that the monetary benefits due to them were disbursed only from 1.1.2013 and the remaining benefits were sanctioned only notionally. The petitioners submit that they are entitled for monetary benefits with effect from 1.2.1988. The petitioners have preferred Exts.P2 and P3 representations before the 2nd respondent highlighting their grievances. The limited request of the petitioners is the expeditious disposal of Ext.P2 and P3.

In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 and P3 within a period of two months from the

W.P.(C).No6577 of 2015 date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
