J U D G M E N T

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned State Attorney.

No notice is required to be issued to respondent Nos.3 to 6 in view of the order being passed in the writ petition. 3.

By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to afford adequate and necessary protection to the petitioner's life. Petitioner's case in the writ petition is that, on 18.2.2015, the party respondents have trespassed into the petitioner's premises, where the petitioner is the Principal, for which, a complaint, Ext.P1 dated 18.2.2015 is stated to have been submitted to the first respondent. 4.

Learned State Attorney after obtaining instructions would submit that the police has investigated the matter and a crime has already been registered as Crime No.217 of 2015 and the police is proceeding with the investigation.

W.P.(C) No.6614 of 2015 -: 2 :- In view of the fact that the complaint of the petitioner has already been attended and a crime has been registered, we see no reason to issue any further direction at this stage.
