JUDGMENT
The Administrative Committee in office has evidently not complied with the directions in Ext.P2 judgment. The Administrative Committee has not even cared to respond to the notice issued to them in this writ petition. This is so notwithstanding the displeasure expressed by this court in the interim order dated 28.05.2015.

The term of the Administrative Committee is reported to expire on 20.06.2015. It is open to the third respondent Registrar to appoint an Administrator in the place of the Administrative Committee to conduct the election soon. The Administrator if so appointed shall take earnest steps to conduct the election to the Managing Committee within four months. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
