JUDGMENT

The petitioner confines her relief to easy instalments to pay the amount due to the second respondent bank. The property has now been proclaimed for sale on 12.03.2015 as per Ext. P1 notice issued under the Kerala State Co-operative Agricultural Development Act, 1984. 2.

I permit the petitioner to pay the amount due in ten equal monthly instalments starting from 31.03.2015. The coercive steps pursuant to Ext.P1 notice shall be put on hold if the petitioner complies with the conditions in time. The coercive steps shall surge ahead if the petitioner commits default in the payment of any one of the instalments as directed.

The respondents are free to apply for review of this judgment if aggrieved by instalment facility granted. The writ petition is disposed of.
