J U D G M E N T

-------------------------- The petitioner was appointed as Full Time Menial with effect from 2.6.2008 onwards on a promotion vacancy of Smt.P.V.Bindu, who was promoted as Clerk. The promotion of P.V.Bindu was objected by 5th respondent contending that he had a claim for the post of Clerk. The 5th respondent is working as a Lab Assistant. The District Educational Officer ordered to appoint the 5th respondent as Clerk. Accordingly, Smt.P.V.Bindu was ordered to be reverted. Challenging these orders, the petitioner has approached the Government by Exts.P4 and P6.

The limited request of the petitioner is an early disposal of Exts.P4 and P6. Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Exts.P4 and P6

W.P.(C).No.6681 of 2015 after hearing the petitioner and all party respondents within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
