JUDGMENT

At the time when the Writ Petition came up for admission, this Court had passed an interim order directing the respondent-Municipality to take a decision on the representations referred to in this Writ Petition. This interim order was passed as early as on 29.06.2006. The grievance of the petitioner was as against the demand notice issued towards the arrears of property tax.

In the light of the interim order passed, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner does not subsist and accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.
