-------------------------- The petitioner approached this Court on account of the nonconsideration of Ext.P4 representation by the 1st respondent. The issue highlighted in Ext.P4 is for claim of salary from 3.10.2008 onwards. During which time he had worked as Vehicle Attender. The petitioner's grievance is in fact considered by the Managing Director by Ext.P3. The petitioner's claim has been rejected and the petitioner was directed to report for duty. The petitioner submits that denial of his claim for salary is illegal and unsustainable. The petitioner also seeks the regularisation of the post.

2. In the light of Ext.P4, appropriate decision shall be taken by the 1st respondent in the matter after hearing the petitioner and the 2nd respondent within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
