The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:

"(i) to issue a writ of mandamus, or appropriate writ, order a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to survey, demarcate and sub divide the property covered by Ext.P1 pursuant to Ext.P3 application.

(ii) to grant such other reliefs which are just and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2.

Heard the learned Government Pleader as well. 3.

Considering the limited extent of relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to go into the merits of the case. The writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3, in accordance with law, so as to survey, demarcate and sub divide the property covered by Ext.P1. It shall be done, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties, if any, at the earliest, at any rate within 'three months' from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.

WP(c). No.6739 of 2015 The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the 3rd respondent for further steps.
