JUDGMENT

The petitioner is aggrieved by the non issuance of granted varied permit as per Ext.P1, on the route Beypore - City-Palazhi - NGO Quorters - Payyadimeethal - Mughadar in respect of vehicle bearing No.KL-11/X 4559. petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to issue the granted varied permit.

2. Heard both sides. Varied permit definitely can be issued only after the settlement of timings. Considering the fact that the same has been pending before the authority for long, the Secretary shall endeavour to settle the timings, after due notice and by convening a proper timing conference, within a period of one month from today failing which, the permit shall be issued on the proposed

WP(C).6748/15 timings subject, however, to finalization of timings, in a properly convened conference.

Writ petition disposed of.
