JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
"(i) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or direction directing respondent No.2 and 3 to grant grace marks for the subjects appeared by the petitioners in improvement examinations.
(ii) To issue such other writ, direction or order as are just and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case to meet the ends of justice."
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, for the time being, the petitioner would like to confine the relief sought for by causing Ext.P5 to be considered and disposed of by the 3rd respondent within a reasonable time.
3. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well, who submits that, there is no provision to grant grace marks for improvement examination.
4. After hearing both the sides, the writ petition is disposed
W.P.(C) No.6766 of 2015 of, directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P5 after hearing the petitioner represented by the guardian and also the 4th respondent in accordance with law, at the earliest, at any rate, within 'three weeks' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment, along with a copy of the writ petition, before the 3rd respondent, for further steps.
