JUDGMENT
After considerable argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits, especially understanding the mind of the Court, that the only prayer pressed as of now is a decision to be taken by the Regional Transport Authority [for short "RTA"] as per Exhibit P4 expeditiously.
2. Since the matter has been placed before the RTA under Exhibit P5, there shall be a direction to the RTA to dispose of the application for grant of temporary permit in its next meeting, in accordance with law. All the contentions of the petitioner are left open. The K.S.R.T.C. also has necessarily to be heard. The decision shall also be communicated expeditiously. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
