JUDGMENT
The petitioner was appointed as UPSA in MCMUP School in a regular vacancy with effect from 6/6/1994. She preferred Ext.P4 complaint before the first respondent and Ext.P5 complaint before the 5th respondent. The only request made by the petitioner is for a direction to the respondents for an early disposal of Exts.P4 and P6.
2. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the writ petition can be disposed of with the above directions: i). There shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of Ext.P4 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and all other affected parties.
ii). There shall be a direction to the 6th respondent to dispose of Ext.P5 in accordance with law within a period of six
weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after hearing the petitioner and all other affected parties. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
