Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to private respondents in view of the orders being passed. 2.

By this Writ Petition, petitioner seeks for a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to afford adequate police protection to the life of the petitioner from the threat and violence on the part of respondents 3 to 8 .

Petitioner submits that several acts of violence and obstructions were committed by respondents with regard to which complaint was filed.

4. Learned Government Pleader, after obtaining

W.P. (C ) No. 6807 of 2015 - A instructions, submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner crime has already been registered against the respondents and on the statement made by respondents, a crime has been registered against the petitioner also. He submits that a rowdy sheet has been opened against the 3 rd respondent and the police is keeping a vigil on the respondents.

In view of the fact that crime has already been registered against the respondents, a rowdy sheet is opened against the 3 rd respondent and police is keeping a vigil, we see no necessity to issue any further direction. We only observe that police shall ensure that law and order is maintained.
