The petitioner contends that the dues to the fourth respondent Society can as well be realised from the terminal benefits of the fifth respondent. The petitioner laments that he is after all a surety for the loan who could be proceeded against only if other avenues are not open. The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P3 representation which is pending consideration with the second respondent.
2. I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P3 representation with notice to the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5. The needful shall be done within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
