JUDGMENT
Ashok Bhushan, Ag, CJ.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to the third respondent, in view of the order, which is being passed.
2. The petitioners have filed this Writ Petition seeking adequate and effective police protection from the threat of the third respondent.
3. The learned Government Pleader, after obtaining instruction, submitted that the petitioners had earlier filed W.P(C).No.1603 of 2015 on the same allegations on the basis of same complaint, Exhibit P1, which was closed by this Court finding that there was no threat to the petitioners. The learned Government Pleader further submitted that now the petitioners have filed the same complaint before another Police Station.
WP(C).6822/15
4. Be that as it may, once on enquiry in Exhibit P1 complaint no threat was found, we see no reason to give any direction in the Writ Petition. However, it is open for the petitioners to file appropriate complaint before the Police, if any offence or attempt of offence is committed. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is closed.
