JUDGMENT
Petitioner is aggrieved with the settlement of timings. The petitioner had applied for a variation of permit. However on the ground that there are more trips than permissible in a notified route, the RTA rejected the same. The petitioner was before the RTA challenging the said order. The petitioner was directed to file a modified proposal without increasing the number of trips. The petitioner submitted and the same was considered by Ext.P3. In fact, in Ext.P3 it was noticed that there is actually increase in trips which would not be permitted. The petitioner contends that it was on an inadvertent omission that such proposal was made and now he has submitted a modified proposal at Ext.P4 before the RTA. In such circumstances, the RTA shall consider such modified proposal after hearing the KSRTC in the next meeting convened, if possible. Sd/- K. VINOD CHANDRAN, JUDGE smv //true copy// P.A to Judge
