J U D G M E N T
The petitioner seeks the benefit of ASHWAS2015 Scheme. The scheme evidenced by Ext.P1 Circular is benevolent to the loanees. The petitioner seeks the benefit in regard to the loan availed from the third respondent Bank.
2. The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P2 representation with the second respondent. I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation with notice to the petitioner and the third respondent. The needful shall be done within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
