Petitioner has approached this Court seeking police protection. Petitioner is the District Body Building Association. According to them, they are waiting for the National Body Building Championship. Petitioner apprehends obstruction by the 4 th respondent and their men on account of certain issues relating to the said Association.

Learned State Attorney, on instructions, submitted that the 4 th respondent is residing at Ernakulam. In their enquiry, it did not reveal that any untoward incident would happen during the championship. However, being a national championship, police force will be available in that premise to

Recording the submission of the learned State Attorney, this Writ Petition is closed.
