J U D G M E N T
The petitioner seeks consideration of a temporary permit application in a vacancy, which according to him is defaulted. The learned Government Pleader, however, submits that there is no defaulted service as such, since the regular permit which was granted was never issued for reason of the permit holder having not produced the current records. Definitely there could be no prayer for consideration of temporary permit in a defaulted vacancy. However, the application filed has to be disposed of in accordance with law.
