J U D G M E N T
The petitioner contends that he was entitled for permanent exemption from passing the obligatory test. Reliance is placed on Rule 13B of KS & SSR in that regard. The same will have a telling impact on the monthly pension eligible to the petitioner.
2. The petitioner has submitted Ext.P2 representation with the first respondent. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
