JUDGMENT

The limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 representation, that has been preferred by the petitioner before the respondent, for a direction to endorse the provisional tax on the Registration certificate of the stage carriage on the basis of its unladen weight.

2. I have heard Sri.I.Dinesh Menon, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.Sudheesh Kumar, the learned Government Pleader for the respondent.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the Bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the respondent, to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 representation filed by the petitioner, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner.
