JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:

"i. Issue a writ of mandamus any other appropriate writ order or direction to second respondent to receive the rent and renew the license of the petitioner to conduct business in stall No.10 in Malampuzha Garden Parking area.

ii. Issue a writ of mandamus any other appropriate writ order or direction to second respondent to consider Ext.P5 forthwith."

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.

3. Considering the limited extent of relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to adjudicate the issue on merits.

4. After hearing both the sides, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P5 application preferred by the petitioner, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, at the earliest, at any rate, within 'six weeks' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

W.P.(C).No.6940 of 2015 Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment, along with a copy of the writ petition, before the second respondent, for further steps.
