JUDGMENT

The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-consideration of Ext.P9 representation dated 28.10.2015, filed by the petitioner, before the Vice Chancellor of the respondent University. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is given to the addl. 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner within a reasonable time.

In such circumstances, there will be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of Ext.P9, as expeditiously as possible and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, at any rate, within three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. It is made clear that, this Court has not made any observation on merits, which the third respondent will consider in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of.
