J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is aggrieved with the non-settlement of the timings in a granted regular permit as per Ext.P1 on 18.09.2014. The permit itself shows that, the issuance will be subject to settlement of timings.
2. In such circumstance, the settlement of timings shall be made at any rate within a period of six weeks from today and if not possible, then the permit shall be issued on the proposed timings, however, subject to finalisation in a properly convened timing conference. The writ petition is disposed of.
